Mission
Hills is located just south of Granada Hills, at the
junction of the 405 and 118 freeways. It is mostly a
bedroom community and residents commute out of this
area for employment. As it is located next to the freeways,
the commute is moderate, if the traffic patterns are
managed (leave early).
The
housing in this area is lower end and entry level. Your
housing dollar goes a little farther here. There a few
condominium and townhome complexes, but not many.
